I realized that today is black friday and that I could get great deals on all sorts of things but then I realized that I was broke. Anyways I started really listening to k-pop recelntly and I really enjoy it. From Big Bang to Epik high and 2NE1 k-pop really has a lot to offer. Here’s one of my new favoriate songs.

Sometimes your life is in chaos  all the time. School’s crazy, you just lost your job and your personal life is not where you want it to be. But sometimes it’s best to just take things in perspective and try to see the good in things. Although its so easy to find all the negative things that are happening to you. These past couple of weeks have been crazy for me and not in a good way at all. I was mad at the world and everyone around me, but I took some time to talk to a friend and he put everything into perspective. I realized that the whole time I was just whining about this and complaining about that I forgot how good I really have it right now. I have a family, great friends, a roof over my head and food in my stomach. I mean what more could I ask for and especially in  these tough economic times where those things are so hard to come by. So whenever your feeling down and out just remember that once you’ve hit rock bottom the only place to go is up.

The newest single off their up coming album “Backspacer” Pearl Jam proved to me that they can and always will rock my socks off.

The album drops today September 20th and is something that is definitely on my to-do list. If their new album sounds anything like “The Fixer” I am definitely excited to see what else this new album has in store. The song is very hard rock and in your face and the yelling chorus just makes you want to jump up and down.

Although its not what I usually listen to these guys are really opening up my eyes to different genres. Just take a listen and you’ll know what I’m talking about.

Listening to Peter Bjron and John the other day and just watched their video for “Nothing To Worry About”. Gotta admit that its pretty cool. Japanese greasers with huge hair dacing in a park while people watch. Who doesn’t love old asian men hoping to be young again?
