hello everyone. so its been a while and a lots gone on. If you’ve never been to a meet & greet, it is amazing and uncomfortable all at the same time. A photographer by the name of

put together a meet&greet for makeup artists, photographers, wardrobe stylists, and models on saturday. i tagged along with one of my photographer, Zim and a few of his friends. The meet and greet consisted of a lot of talented individuals drinking, collaborating, and networking. There was tons of food, beers, and i had my first sam adams white ale and it was delicious. :D

The down side…
along with a lot of talented photographers, there were a few of the “not so talented” ones that are probably in the whole biz for all the wrong reasons… girls, nakedness, fetish etc.. of course those who will not be listed..

BUT,
the whole event was amazing, full of fantastic conversation and art making (: here are some behind the scenes:

now.. another amazing thing that happened over the weekend.. i had a baby. no.. no.. not a real baby, but i fell in love with another baby corgi and impulsively bought him.. my corgi obsession is.. slightly getting out of hand. but you wouldnt say no to this face either…

and finally to top it all off, my first, Cubby.. ate my jalapeno burger that had salsa/onions in it and had to take him to the emergency room at 10pm today to induce vomiting and feed him charcoal once again… costing us another 300$…. awesome

   speaking of fetish photography…
   ever heard of Marla Rutherford? She does a series of photographs where she shoots latex girls. x__x
   she’s pretty successful and shoots celebrities and other things. craazy.

   I’m not too into your first picture. Color cast seems too warm to me?
   But I really love the second one! Well defined collarbones are great!
