EATING FM “BRAZILIAN…”

LUNCH AND PERFORMANCE AT LES DEUX

Its Been a while since our tour stop in Brazil.. and the one thing i miss most about Brazil besides the beautiful people… is the food. The people out there are built… which must mean their eatin GOOOOD and it might be due to the famous all you can eat style Brazilian BBQ.

Our friends from Plan C Agency, a fresh Asian American marketing company, took us out to a special secret spot in Koreatown.. or at least secret to FM cuz we’re from K-town and never heard of this place haha. This secret spot is on the second story of a tucked away shopping center on Wilshire called M GRILL Brazilian BBQ . I’d have never thought a place like this existed in Koreatown but these days the town is growing sooo fast, new buildings and business are popping up everywhere. Since its a free meal that’s about to be charged to the game we’re about to tear this place down like beasts from the east… oh daymmm.. forgot its ALL YOU CAN EAT lol.

Lets show you how it goes down at a Brazilian BBQ spot.. and you gotta see the food…

When we performed in Brazil we had to teach ourselves some of the lingo.. so for the stage we learned “Lavantas Maus” which means “GET YOUR HANDS UP!” this is a vid of how we used it when in Brazil…

When we were eating around town in Brazil we had to learn good etiquette like ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ so we’re not some rude bastards hahaha. “Thank you’ = ‘OBRIGADO’. When eating the all you can eat bbq… servers constantly keep on bringing you new types of meat to try.. so you have to use these little cards on your plate that tell the servers if you want to try the type of bbq’d meat they’re bringing or if you pass

the FM translation of this side of the card means “IM HUNGRY.. DONT BE SHIESTY ON THE SERVINGS FOO”.

The other side means “if you put one more thing on my place i will yack on your shoes.. back up!”

They constantly come by your table with long skewers with different types of meat.. from tri tip, to skirt steak, to sausage and more.. and it keeps on coming every few minutes

Cant just eat meat… that would be kinda sick, so they got a packed all you can eat salad bar on the side with crazy salsa’s, salads, and a hot bar with stews, rice, mash potatoes and anything else to make the meal more complete.

There were these warm cheese bread puffs that came out that were a group favorite.. the bomb-est cheese bread EVER. we probably had rounds of these…

I know some of you might be lactose intolerant and just the word “CHEESE BREAD” may make a bubble pop…

But we learned something new at this meal too… a quick cure for people that are lactose is to drink mineral water with your meal and it eases the stomach so you wont be Bombs Over Baghdad on the toilet after eating 10 of these Cheese Bread Balls.

***3 Fingers up - MUST EAT.. crave for it.. amazing food. If you dont try it your missing out on life…

**2 Fingers up – Great Taste, if you get a chance… try it… i recommend it.

* 1 Finger up – Kinda wish i didnt eat there or order what i ordered … but i ate it and now im full.

- Middle Finger up – i threw it away while eating it… if i had a brick i’d throw it through the window.. and if i had lighter fluid and a lighter.. i’d burn that mutha down…

Restaurant: M GRILL Brazilian BBQ

Location: Koreatown, LA

Price Range: not sure, PCA charged it to the game :) (thanks for the incredible meal fam!)

We recommend: Tri-tip, Flank Steak, Garlic Rice and mash potatoes, cheese bread, portuguese sausage

Service: was good.. every few minutes a new type of meat came out.. non stop.

Rating: – ***3 FINGERS UP.

Not much time to relax.. later in the night we had a show at club LES DEUX in Hollywood and it was pizzzacked for a weekday. Last time we were there we had a chance to meet Kanye West and see Rihanna.. there always seems to be someone there… this night we heard some LA Lakers were in the housssse!

Before we went on.. a group called The Bangz with the song “WE JERKIN”, opened up and rocked the house.. i really like their song haha it goes ‘i only date boys with tattoos, i only date boys with tattoos.. we jerkin.. we jerkin” hahah dopeness.

Time for us to rock…. “G G G GIRLS ON THE DANCE FLOOOOR”

just did a few songs.. keepin it short for the club

going to make sure we do a full set for the all ages crowd on July 1st at our concert at the ROXY!
